1. Nomination/Registration Fees

1.1 Non-Refundable Fees: Nomination or registration fees for our various categories are generally non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding that these fees contribute to the operational costs of organizing and hosting our events and programs.

1.2 Refund in Extreme Cases: Refunds may be considered only in extreme cases and are subject to the discretion of the Management. Such cases may include, but are not limited to, technical errors in payment processing, accidental duplicate payments, or other exceptional circumstances.

2. Requesting a Refund

2.1 Contact Us: If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund, please contact us at [refund@abicf.com] within 07 days from the date of the transaction. Clearly state the reason for your refund request and provide any supporting documentation.

2.2 Management Discretion: The decision to approve or deny a refund request rests solely with the Management of the All India Business Community Foundation. We will carefully review each case and notify you of the decision.

3. Cancellation of Events or Programs

3.1 Unforeseen Circumstances: In the rare event that we must cancel an event or program, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants promptly. In such cases, a full refund of the nomination/registration fees will be processed automatically.

3.2 Rescheduling: If an event or program is rescheduled, and the participant is unable to attend on the new date, a refund may be considered. Participants will be notified of any rescheduling and provided with options.
